short. It is virtually useless. It should also have a hook to attach to belts, bags, etc. I'm not sure how it's intended to be used, but you might as well just hold the bottle in your hand for all the good this does.
Also, the shipping was way out of line. This item would have fit in an envelope with a standard stamp. I'm very sorry I puchased. I felt like I've been taken advantage of. ...
