... i was rather excited to try this bottle. the price was right, it had a covered mouthpiece and it was aluminum!
pros: the material the aluminum is covered with the outside is a plesant sensory experience. it's rough and interesting. it also comes with a splash guard.
cons: it has a pull out/push in mouth piece... the one that are on typical plastic bottles you'd get for free at a fund-raiser...
a. the suction doesn't work so well with a solid bottle
b. when drinking out of it... the mouthpiece easily gets pushed in- therefore halting the flow of any water
c. when closed (the top was pushed down firmly)... it still loosened within the cap. when i opened the splash gard.. the water that had spilled out in transit... poured out at that moment.
overall, impossible to use unless you can replace the mouthpiece.. which i have yet to have success with. ...
